How to Make Baked Angelfish with Thyme & Lemon
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 190°C. Lightly oil a baking tray.
2. Prepare the Fish
Place the angelfish fillets on the prepared baking tray.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Brush this mixture generously over the fish.
3. Season
Season the fillets with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Sprinkle with chilli flakes if using.
Place the fresh thyme sprigs on top of the fillets.
4. Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
5. Serve
