1. What is your returns policy?
If the product you have purchased from Pescaluna is damaged, inedible or defective, we will happily refund the purchase price using your original payment method or exchange the product.
We maintain our responsibility to assess your goods to ensure we give you the most appropriate solutions.
2. How long do I have to return my goods?
To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you will need to provide us with a valid receipt and email us (ahoy@pescaluna.com) notifying us of the reason for the return within 24 hours of purchase.
3. How long will it take to replace my goods?
Pescaluna aims to process a credit within three working days from receiving the order returned, but please bear in mind that refunds can take 1-4 working days to reflect in your account.
4. What if I'm missing some items?
Claims for short deliveries need to please be logged with Pescaluna within seven (7) days after receipt of goods and be accompanied with all relevant information.
Where applicable, we will happily refund the purchase price using your original payment method or exchange the product.
5. To where do you deliver?
We're happy to ship from our dock to your door in Cape Town and surrounding areas within a 20km radius of the CBD.
There is an additional delivery fee for orders in the Northern Suburbs, Stellenbosch and Somerset West.
6. When do you deliver?
We aim for next-day deliveries from Tues - Sat for all orders placed before 13:00.
Northern Suburbs, Stellenbosch and Somerset West deliveries are done twice a week. Our retail team will keep you updated on delivery days as these change weekly.
7. How much is delivery?
Free delivery for orders over R 1000 and in Hout Bay.
R 55 for orders in Cape Town.
R100 - R150 for orders in Northern Suburbs, Stellenbosch and Somerset West.
