  • 2 × 200g Pescaluna Norwegian salmon portions (fresh or frozen, thawed)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ lemon, thinly sliced

  • Fresh dill or parsley (optional)

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

How to Make Easy Oven-Baked Norwegian Salmon

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with foil or baking paper.

2. Prepare the Salmon

Place the thawed salmon portions on the prepared baking tray.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

3. Add Lemon

Top each salmon portion with thin slices of lemon.

4. Bake

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is just cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

5. Serve

Garnish with fresh dill or parsley if using. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
